Shopping carts were provided to you by the stores to conveinence you in frequenting their establishment and to get things to your vechicle. You should convenience them and others shopping to take the cart back to the store or in the cart corral. It is NOT OK for you to leave it against my car. It is NOT OK for you to place it in an empty parking spot. And for goodness sake, it is NOT OK for you to leave the cart in either of the previously mentione places but especially when the weather is not inclement, you do not have kids with you and the cart corral is a mere stall or two over. I wish stores would charge people a fee to use the cart and refund the money if they return it to the proper place.
