Don't scratch!

There is a guy I work with who is always..well.."adjusting"! I'm not sure if it itches, gets in the way, or is just a ploy (i.e. "made ya look!!"). It's on a daily basis..several times a day that he does this. The worst part? He sometimes props his foot on the edge of my desk as he does this. What would I say to him if I could? I would tell him I'm a wheelwatcher..not a crotchwatcher!!!!!
